Initial Inquiry & Consultation
The process begins when a client reaches out with an inquiry. We discuss their photography needs—whether it's a portrait session, event photography, or commercial shoot—and gather essential details like location, date, and style preferences. We also offer recommendations and discuss pricing, ensuring both parties have a clear understanding of the project’s scope. The goal is to establish trust and confirm the logistics before proceeding.
Booking & Planning
Once the client has decided to move forward, we send a contract outlining the terms of the shoot. After the booking is confirmed, we finalise all the details—like wardrobe, props, or any special requests. If necessary, we visit the shoot location to plan the logistics (e.g., lighting setup or space arrangement). Clear communication is key at this stage to ensure everything is in place for a successful shoot.
The Photoshoot
On the day of the shoot, we arrive early to set up and ensure everything is in place. Whether it's portraits, events, or product photography, we work closely with the client to capture the best moments and showcase products in their best light. Throughout the session, we focus on creating high-quality images that meet the client’s vision and objectives. We continuously review and adjust as needed to ensure the final results exceed expectations.
Editing & Post-Processing
After the shoot, we carefully go through the images and select the best ones to edit. We perform adjustments on exposure, color correction, cropping, and retouching to create a polished final product. Depending on the shoot type, we may apply creative effects, like black-and-white conversions or artistic filters. Once the edits are complete, we prepare the final images for delivery, ensuring they meet high standards for both print and digital use.
Delivery & Client Review
We deliver the final images via digital download, depending on the client's preference. If applicable, we provide physical prints or albums as part of the package. We offer a review period where the client can request any additional edits or changes. Once everything is finalised, we send the final invoice and ensure the client is fully satisfied with the work. We also encourage feedback and testimonials for future projects.
